About the project
Sweet Flower is a flower shop in Bucharest with citywide delivery. We built its online store end to end — from design to a working online payment flow. The site is bilingual (English and Romanian), runs on OpenCart 3 and covers the full buyer journey: from choosing a bouquet to paying by card and tracking the order in a personal account.
The goal
The business needed more than a catalog — a store that sells on its own: where a customer can pick a bouquet size, add a gift card message, choose a delivery date and time, and pay online right away. Plus convenient order management for both the buyer and the owner.
What the project included
UX/UI design
We designed the store structure for the flower niche: a homepage with occasion-based collections, a filterable catalog, and a product page with bouquet-size selection. Mobile-first responsive design — most flower orders come from a phone. A single brand style in a purple palette.
SEO optimization
SEO was built in at the structure stage: clean URLs, optimized occasion category pages (birthday, anniversary, thank you), unique product descriptions, correct structured data. The store is ready to rank from day one, not after launch.
OpenCart 3 development
We built the store on OpenCart 3: a 47-product catalog with filters, bouquet-size variants with different prices, cart and checkout, delivery zones, Netopia card payments (Visa/Mastercard), and a customer account with orders and reward points.
